課程概述

本課程介紹航空運輸管理之基本知識,並著重於航空業的經營與管理,課程內容包括航空運輸業的策略管理原則以及營運規劃方法。學生將會分組進行航空策略管理的模擬課程,透過案例進行航空業營運、行銷、人員、財務…等各方面的決策練習。

This course introduces airline transportation management, emphasizing on the management of airline industry. The course covers the principles for strategic management and techniques for operational planning of today’s airline industry. The students will participate in the airline simulation course and make decisions in marketing, operations, management, human resource development, finances, and asset management. 

課程目標
學生能瞭解航空運輸管理的基本概念,獲得航空業策略與營運規劃之理論與實務知識,並透過模擬課程應用所學知識以及學習團隊合作。

Students understand the basics of air transportation management and obtain knowledge about strategic and operational planning for the airline industry. Students participate in a simulation course to learn how to make strategic decisions through teamwork.
